We are looking for LEGAL COMPANY SECRETARY OFFICER to join our Philippine office based in Cebu  Exchange Tower, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City (IT Park).  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of client companies  in both Hong Kong and the Philippines,  
  • Liaise with clients for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company  statutory records for Hong Kong and Philippines companies,  
  • Update statutory records and filing system,  
  • Handle working visa application for clients  
  • Arrange bank account opening meetings, prepare documents and KYC review with  banks,  
  • Follow up inquiries of clients, the SEC in the Philippines, or the Company Registry in  Hong Kong.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High Diploma/University degree (Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management degree, or  with at least one year in Law School or is currently in Law School with Business  course as Undergraduate degree.)  
  • Working experience in a CPA Firm or Law firm is an advantage  
  • Conversant with the Philippines new incorporation Law and general secretarial  practice  
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)  
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility;  
  • Be mature, independent, and able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Full-time, 5 working days a week.
