We are looking for an ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST to join our Philippine office based in Cebu Exchange Tower, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City (IT Park).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bookkeeping (full set of accounts)
- Preparation of monthly reports for the internal purpose of the client
- Assist the accounting team in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies
- Coordination for annual audit
- Participate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- A first experience in an accounting firm is a plus
- A good understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
