We are looking for an LIAISON OFFICER to join our Philippine office based in Cebu Exchange Tower, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City (IT Park).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Oversight:
- Assist the accounting team in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating filling manual
books, organizing documents, coordination with auditors, and administrative functions (such as Job posting, office supplies…)
Tax Management:
- Assist in the filling and the submission of documents to BIR for our main office in Cebu and branch in
Manilla on periodic basis and specific operations
Legal Compliance:
- Assist in the filling and the submission of documents to the SEC and the Notary on period basis and
specific operations such as incorporation of new companies, share capital increase - Assist in the filling and the submission of documents for the renewal of the business permit of our
main office and our branch in Manilla,
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax or legal related course
- A first experience with the above processes in an accounting/legal firm or notary is required
- A good understanding of legal and tax requirements in the Philippines
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of pack office software
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
