Sales and Marketing Assistant

CEBU, PHILIPPINES FULL-TIME

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPKO Finance BPO reinforces the Sales and Marketing department of its clients by providing a full scale of services.

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn into increased business.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of one-year experience in sales or hospitality environments is required. Experience in senior living preferred.
  • Excellent skill in typing and word processing.
  • Skill in communicating effectively in small and large groups and via telephone.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Speaking and writing another language is an advantage.
  • Be mature, independent, and able to work under pressure and to meet intensive deadlines.
  • Available as soon as possible – Full time, 5 working days a week.
