Sales and Marketing Assistant
CEBU, PHILIPPINES FULL-TIME
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPKO Finance BPO reinforces the Sales and Marketing department of its clients by providing a full scale of services.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn into increased business.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of one-year experience in sales or hospitality environments is required. Experience in senior living preferred.
- Excellent skill in typing and word processing.
- Skill in communicating effectively in small and large groups and via telephone.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Speaking and writing another language is an advantage.
- Be mature, independent, and able to work under pressure and to meet intensive deadlines.
- Available as soon as possible – Full time, 5 working days a week.
